WP Go Maps is not a simple contact page widget. It is a “Geospatial Engine.” I use it when a project requires complex location logic, such as store locators, delivery zones, or travel directories.
It allows me to handle thousands of map markers without performance degradation by clustering them intelligently. Its ability to import location data directly from CSV files makes it invaluable for clients with massive branch networks. Furthermore, it supports polygon overlays, which I use to define service areas visually. It abstracts the complexity of the Google Maps API, allowing me to build rich, interactive map applications that are responsive and data-driven.
